It's that time of the year when we need to start thinking about getting ready for summer. Suddenly you notice everyone is out on the street at dawn and dusk walking or pounding the pavement getting fit for summer. Gym memberships are enthusiastically renewed and the magazines are full of diets, beauty regimes and exercise programs. I cheat - I think it's too hard to cram all of that work into a couple of short months so I work at staying fit and choosing the healthier food options all year round. So I jog and exercise all through winter - not a lot of fun but when spring arrives all that hard work has paid off. I follow the philosophy that a little bit often gets you the best results!
