The Big Dilemma

verses this(junk food)yum!

I have a confession to make ...I love junk food ... anything fried, battered and loaded with calories. If I could, I would live on hamburgers, fish and chips, nachos and take-away food but alas I'm a sensible girl and I know what's good for me. I like to keep fit, stay in shape and eat a healthy balanced diet... but that doesn't change the fact that I still love junk food! Every time I order the chicken Caesar salad in a restaurant I really wish I was ordering the supreme pizza but I know what makes me feel good at the end of the day. You know the old saying 'a moment on the lips and lifetime on the hips'! But on special occasions and everyone once in a while I indulge in fish and chips on the beach or KFC at the end of a hard day's skiing. It's all about balance!

make that burger with a morning star meatless griller or a turkey burger add a wheat slimwhich wheat bun then add all that letuce and guacomole cheeses and veggies galore ahve the best of both worlds i have replaced our love of burgers and meat with stuff that tastes like the real thing loaded with good things!!! best of both worlds lol

They all look yummy! I really miss Aistralian fish & chips, more than any other food from Australia (although I also miss a good meat pie!)

What a great post! It's always nice to hear about fit and healthy people actually enjoying naughty food. I agree though, it's about balance and looking after yourself. I am a bit of a junk food nut also, but as soon as it becomes too excessive, I do pull back on it. Lovely images too! xo
