It's my birthday later this week. I have planned on having a few days away but I hate the thought of missing out on a birthday cake so I just might whip up a chocolate cake this week. Nothing beats a home-made chocolate cake with a few birthday candles! I love this delicious looking cake I found on Mowielicious a fabulous foodie blog worth checking out!

So true Melissah, when all else fails, chocolate cake never does. Therefore it's a good choice to whip up if you're pressed for time. Enjoy! xo
