Food For Thought









 Straight from Mother Nature

The foods you eat shouldn't be dictated by whether the make you fat or thin,
but by the goodness you get out of each bite.

I always try to eat produce that is season. 
I buy organic fruit and vegetables whenever possible.
When it comes down to eat, if it's recently fallen from the tree or plucked from the ground,
I know it's better for me and my family.

So true Melissah! I am loving all of the beautiful fruits at the moment. Our fridge and fruit bowl is stocked with an abundance of bananas, mandarines, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, apples and grapes. Just makes me feel healthier knowing they're there for the taking xo
