Having a sea change and moving from the city down the coast means an entirely different style of dressing. Gone are the days of stiletto heels after wrecking a few heels pulling them out of the cracks between the decking boards! The strict, tailored, black wardrobe has been ditched in favour of brighter colours and more relaxed pieces. In fact on the whole, I am ashamed to say I am a whole heap lazier in terms of hair, clothes and make-up. This bohemian style is well suited to relaxed living on the coast. I occasionally need to keep myself in check before I take it too far!

I so hear you....living on the boat has found me mostly in thongs t-shirts and cutoffs. I not going to mention how many bad hair days I have.

Ok, BoHo is totally my favorite style. I used to dress exactly like this when I was a teenager in the early 70's. We wore granny dresses or jeans with tee shirts and long fringed, leather vests. I always had a bandana around my head or my long hair piled on top of my head with a leather hair clip. Ahhh..... it takes me back! Fun post!
Haha, as long as you keep waxing the armpits, you'll be right Melissah!
Boho Chic can look pretty stunning though, as illustrated in these gorgeous pics. LOVE the dress in the last shot xo
Really really great!!! I love boho chic, especially the hairbands...
Love the first picture...just find myself wanting to be her...something very "Twiggy" about her...in a modern way.
