A Relaxing Foot Bath





HERBAL FOOT BATHS ARE NOT ONLY RELAXING,
they can help your general health and well-being...
Here is a recipe for a foot bath that will seriously bliss you out!

RELAXING FOOT BATH
ingredients:
5 litres of water
2 drops of lavender essential oil
1/4 cup of sea salt or Epsom salt
how to:
Boil water and allow to cool down, add the lavender oil and salt - and soak your feet.
You could also try Sandalwood or Ylang Ylang oils, for a soothing effect.

I'm a huge pedicure lover but it can be very expensive. This is a great way to do it yourself at home. I've tried and have also added lavendar to the water for a nice scent. It was divine!
