Nothing beats a day out on the ocean and freshly caught fish that you have reeled in yourself. My parents have a beautiful fishing boat that lives up in Queensland. When we go up and visit there's nothing better than a day in the boat and catching a beautiful coral trout for dinner - simply pan fried with butter and garnished with lemon juice, sea salt and cracked pepper. It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
