One of my favourite things about summer is entertaining, eating and relaxing outdoors. When the weather warms everyone wants to be outdoors as much as possible. Therefore, it is worth putting in the effort and spending some time and money on creating a great outdoor living space that is both attractive and functional... you can probably tell I'm married to a landscape architect! Too often outdoor spaces are neglected or not maximised to their full potential. Invest in some good pieces of furniture that will last the distance and some stylish accessories. Make a list of things you want like to incorporate in your outdoor scheme like eating, cooking, lounging and playing and plan a space to suit your lifestyle, budget and your outdoor area.
