Summer Wellbeing





In terms of turning back the clock, I believe prevention is better than cure.
You know the drill :-


Don't smoke

Exercise

Look after your body, drink plenty of water

Eat well, drink in moderation

Get plenty of sleep


It may sound old hat but here is no denying it is tried, tested and true.

Love it all Melissah. I often remind myself of all these things and I must say I do try pretty hard to maintain all of them... the drinking and smoking is not an issue for me... but the getting enough sleep and regular exercise is definitely something to keep working at xo
