One of the things I love about coastal living is the abundance of fresh seafood. There's nothing more tempting than a platter of fresh prawns on a hot summer's night. Simply serve them up with lemon wedges, sea salt, crusty fresh bread and a home-made tartare sauce. For a perfect accompaniment, wash them down with a bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. It's a perfect way to spend a relaxed lunch with friends - just roll up your sleeves and dive on in!
