“Most of the time I prefer to use neutral-based larger pieces, I feel like it helps to keep a calming vibe throughout the house” — Amber Lewis

Amber Lewis constantly impresses me with her creative flair and her individual style. Her latest project involved a nursery for a growing family, a master bathroom remodel and her usual trademark look of a lot of vintage, exotic textiles fearlessly mixed together. Amber says she can layer many eclectic textiles as long as the larger pieces are kept neutral. It helps the house feel collected but not over decorated. The main showstopper is the bathroom, finished with handmade Moroccan tiles, white marble accents, a black 2 pak double vanity, black tapware and a vintage Persian rug. This house features Amber’s signature look: industrial lighting, built-in bookcases, bamboo roman shades, white upholstered pieces in mid-century shapes, a breakfast nook, lots of f natural textures, indigo batik textiles mixed with vintage Chinese embroidery, persian rugs and African mud cloth textiles. The result: a low-maintenance family friendly home with a distinctive boho flair. Just stunning
