Good Holiday Habits




SMALL CHANGES = BIG RESULTS
 If you indulged over the holidays, I know I did, 
and need to drop a few kilos try small changes like: 

* slow down, a study showed women who eat slower consume fewer kilojoules





* eat right, healthy food will make you feel better and you'll loose weight



* swap a can of soft drink or a glass of wine 
 and have a glass of water instead so you're not drinking unwanted kjs




* get more sleep, just an extra hour a day can help you lose weight;


 

  * laugh more, yes, you can burn up kilos by having a good giggle!
