Warm sunny days call for getting outdoors ~
head to the beach, take a dip in the pool,
go for a bike ride, take a stroll in the fresh air
or simply relax with a good book under a shady tree.
When the days heat up I like to eat lighter meals ~
fresh and healthy is the way to go :-
salads, Japanese, seafood and stirfries.
In the summer I like to take advantage of the longer days and warm evenings.
There is nothing more romantic than eating out under the stars
on a hot, balmy night.
