Relaxed dining in the Hamptons
Enter Moby’s: the Hamptons spot where you can order rosé and Dark & Stormies on tap. The food is farm-to-table with a Mediterranean flare: wood oven pizza, spaghettini and rock shrimp sourced right off the docks of Montauk. Aussie owners Lincoln and Nick are dedicated to locally sourced food and a shared vision for a community focused restaurant. The food is simple but only made with quality ingredients. Like the food, the décor is stylish and unfussy with a chic nautical feel. Located in an 1800s farmhouse, Moby’s feels like you’re hanging out at someone’s home (someone with great taste and superior cooking skills that is). This restaurant is definetly on my Hamptons bucket list.
